Jim Zorn Fired

In recent news, Jim Zorn was being fired at The Washington Redskins this Monday, just an hour after a 23-20 loss to the San Diego Chargers that ended a season which yielded just with four wins. Zorn, who had one year left on his contract, was 12-20 during his two years with the Redskins.

Paul Daley vs Dustin Hazelett Video

This is the co-main event of the recently concluded UFC 108 featuring in main card event Rashad Evans vs Thiago Silva. The co-main event of UFC 108 saw British striker Paul Daley take on submission to veteran Dustin Hazelett.

Alamo Bowl Score

The Alamo Bowl football game held yesterday at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. This is the first time that the game was played in January since it was normally played in December.

Tech’s Taylor Potts was named Offensive Player of the Game, with two touchdowns and one interception. Potts posted 29-of-43 passing for 372 yards. Jamar Wall, cornerback for Texas Tech was named Defensive player of the game with six tackles and an interception.

For everyone’s information, Steven Sheffield lead Texas Tech to win against Michigan St Saturday. He and the Texas Tech won the Saturday’s Alamo Bowl after a week of Adam James and Mike Leach scandals. Texas Tech only played him five other games in the 2009 season.
