Another 2009 dark comedy and horror film to watch for is Jennifer’s Body. The said film stars Transformer’s Megan Fox as the title character. Also starring are Amanda Seyfried as Jennifer’s best friend Needy, and Adam Brody as the antagonist Nikolai.
Jennifer’s Body is all about a small town high school student Jennifer (Maegan Fox). She is very sexy, popular Cheering team captain that everyone wants to be friends with and so as well in the boys’ case. Yet, Anita “Needy” Lesnicky (Amanda Seyfried) is Jennifer’s friend since childhood but less popular nerdy plain jane. Jennifer will later ends up as the sacrifice in a ritual held by a rock band and this sacrifice will give them hope of increase in chance of getting a record deal.
Said ritual becomes horribly wrong and Jennifer becomes possessed and begins to feed off the boys in her high school by getting them close. Now it becomes Needy’s goal to stop Jennifer from killing more of her classmates.

too bad for Megan Fox, eventually she'll have to actually do some acting at which point she'll be done for; but it looks she may have escaped career destruction for a least a little while longer...
